Mix everything up :) How nice and easy was that?
Divide the meat into 4 and shape the burgers. Try to get them the same size as your bun.
With a tiny bit of olive oil on a pan on medium heat, place the burgers on top. Don't move them around so they get golden. Once you see they've gone white halfway up, flip them.
Take out and let rest for 5-10min covered so they don't get cold.
Toast your bun or bread on BOTH sides :D
Put Dijon mustard on the lid.
Slice avocado and place on the base. Season with salt.

Season the watercress with salt, pepper, olive oil and lime juice and place on top of everything.
